What to do if Claude isn’t working

- Check your connection. Open another website or app. If nothing loads, restart your router or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Restart and update. Close Claude completely, reopen it, and install any app or system updates.
- Sign out and back in, or try the website instead of the app (or the other way round).
- Turn off VPNs or ad blockers for a moment, as they can block some services.
