Driving Digital Transformation
Our projects showcase how we partner with leading organisations to deliver large-scale digital innovation. From healthcare system migrations to unified EPR rollouts, each initiative reflects our commitment to smarter workflows, improved patient care, and sustainable technology adoption.
EPR migration to Oracle Health
Countess of Chester Hospital
Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust entered into a 15-year agreement in 2018 to introduce the Cerner Millennium (Oracle Health) EPR system, replacing their legacy Meditech platform that had been in use since 1999.
The project, branded as EPR+, is among the Trust’s most significant transformation initiatives—impacting diverse departments such as Accident & Emergency, Anaesthetics, Maternity, Critical Care, and Medications Management.
Timeline & Phases
The rollout was planned over approximately nine months, with a targeted go-live in Q2 of 2021.

Technological Ecosystem Integration
A standout feature of the Trust’s digital strategy has been the integration of Cerner (Oracle Health) EPR with its Coordination Centre—a hub that manages real-time operational data such as bed usage, patient flow, and asset tracking via approximately 4,000 sensors across the estate. This coordination centre uses sensor data and digital feed into the EPR, creating a dynamic ‘air-traffic-control’ model of hospital operations—a pioneering move in the UK healthcare context.
Digital Leadership & Innovation
Countess of Chester Trust’s decision to adopt Cerner Millennium (Oracle Health) reflects its ambition to be a “model hospital” within its region, modernising workflows and enabling clinicians to access digital observations, notes, and records seamlessly.
Joint EPR Implementation (iClipPro)
GESH (St George’s, Epsom & St Helier)
In May 2025, St George’s, Epsom, and St Helier Hospitals Group (GESH) launched iClipPro, a unified, group-wide Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system by Oracle Health. This rollout integrates multiple legacy IT systems across the three hospital sites into one, enabling real-time, seamless access to a patient’s complete medical history.

Platform Integration
While St George’s upgraded its existing iClip platform, Epsom and St Helier adopted the new iClipPro system—resulting in unified EPR across the entire GESH group.
Strategic Significance
This cross-site EPR initiative is GESH’s first major digital transformation since uniting in February 2022. It leverages group synergies to deliver shared benefits:
Future Vision
The EPR rollout aligns with GESH’s broader 2023–2028 strategy—prioritizing digital innovation, integrated care, and affordable, accessible services for all patients across South West London and Surrey.
– As Far as testimonials are concerned, unsure what to put down so maybe put general ones that are usually applied on websites to make them look good.
St George’s contract began in February 2022, extending through 2032.
Epsom and St Helier signed in December 2021, covering services up to December 2031.
Streamlined workflows: Faster observations, prescribing, and monitoring.
Administrative efficiency: Reduced duplication and delays, freeing clinicians to focus on patient care.
Shared clinical insight and easier collaboration
Scalability for future technological enhancements
